Is there a reason for me to sign up on your newsletter?

I don’t like annoying everyday emails and newsletter. That’s why I’m trying to make my newsletters great! Sign up for them to receive product updates, future sale details and exclusive offers. By signing up, you become a part of community, spreading sweetness and warm to the world!

I’m always more than happy to share my creative process with people, at the same time very caring about annoying newsletters, that’s why you will receive a newsletter from me only when I have something extremely interesting for you! Personalization

Is it possible to make a design especially for me?

Yes, why not? You have to contact me for further details and pricing. So please do!

Can I have my logo embroidered on the cover?

Yes! Just contact me and we can arrange it! This way you can give the calendar as a business gift, with your logo embroidered! And don’t forget the discounts applied when purchasing many items! (See payment section)

Can I have my personal wish embroidered on the cover?

Yes! Write your wish in the notes field, and I will embroider it on the cover!

Orders

Do I need an account to make an order?

Signing up for an account is not necessary; however, doing so keeps you updated with your order history and tracking information, as well as our newsletter and special promotions when they become available. We often have promotions that are specifically for “followers” and registered users.

Is it sure you have received my order?

I send the confirmation email of your order pretty speedily after purchase, so if it hasn't landed in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder just in case! This way you are sure that your order is placed and the process has started. But things happen—if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please drop me a message to retrieve the order information.

When will my order be ready to ship?

I ship orders on Mondays - Fridays and I don't operate on public holidays. I always aim to post your order as quickly as possible (usually within 1-2 business days). Orders placed on Friday or during weekend will ship the following Monday.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can send an e-mail about the change or cancellation. If your order has not shipped yet, of course we can change or cancel it ☹ This means you can surely request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, I can assist you with returning your order once you have receive it.

Can I fast track my order?

Unfortunately I cannot fast track an order for you as I’m trying to pick, produce and pack orders in the most efficient and fair way possible i.e. chronologically. If you have a big or special event coming up, I definitely recommend ordering with plenty of time for processing and shipping!

Shipping

What are my shipping options?

We ship your order via Hellenic Post as a registered package for free. You are provided with a tracking number so you can track your parcel all the way to your front door!

Which countries do you ship to?

My products have been global since day one and I ship everywhere in the world for free! That’s the point actually: Spreading the sweetness of embroidered art around the globe!

How much time do I have to wait to receive my order?

It’s coming, promise! The time taken for your order to arrive at your hands varies. For domestic orders it takes 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 4 to 8 business days for shipping of international orders.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time we don’t have gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express Debit and all major credit cards. You can use Paypal too, and please note that registration is not required in order to place an order through PayPal Express Checkout.

How do I change currency?

We process and charge orders in Euro (EUR). Note that the currency conversions provided on website are approximations based on the most current exchange rates. These rates may differ from those actually used by your card provider. Purchases may also be subject to currency conversion fees levied by your bank.

I’m getting an error when I’m trying to place my order, help!

First and foremost... remember to breathe. Secondly, double check-even triple check that you have filled all the details out properly including your name, address and payment info. Make sure the billing information you entered during checkout is an exact match to the information your credit card provider has on file. This information includes cardholder’s name as it appears on card, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and CSV code. Still not working? It might be the computer system. Be patient and remember, computers are people too. Contact me and I will see if I can track down the problem.

Are payment and shopping on your site safe & secure?

Absolutely, nothing to be worried about! We have bunches of super nerdy encryption thingmos in place so that your payment is secure and your details remain 'secret squirrel'. For the techno geeks out there – we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL)

Is there a discount or coupon?

I’m trying my best so as to make my products accessible. That’s why I currently offer a 20% off discount when purchasing 3 or more items. Moreover don’t forget the worldwide free shipping! Not a discount, but sort of ;) Special discounts may also occur on special dates and periods, so stay tuned and make sure you register on receiving the newsletter!

I want to buy more than 10 items with my logo embroidered to give them as business gift. Do you offer this opportunity?

Of course! In this case you should contact me first before placing your order. You have to send me your logo and discuss about the embroidery. I will also inform you about the special prices you can have if you are planning to make such a unique business gift!

Authenticity

Why and how are your calendars different?

They are embroidered! Each page is 100% cotton embroidered with rayon threads. You feel the urge to touch it, or even stitch on it by yourself! It’s a calendar not only to be hanged on a wall, but to cheer up your days, calling you to interact with it!

Where are your products made?

Every product is designed and made in my studio in Greece. I love collaborations, that’s why I am trying to see embroidered surfaces as an aspect of design, having applications in things not so common. So while extending my range to include new products that you, my customers, have asked you would love to see, I also work with a number of collaborators who are technical experts, sharing their knowledge with me. This means I can be sure that the products I am offering you, are high quality and made with the support of specialists in that area

What materials do you use?

I only use pure 100% cotton fabrics for surfaces. The threads used for the embroideries are rayon and sometimes polyester. Favorite materials are also wood and paper which are like of the same family with the fabric. That’s why I’m trying to combine all these cousins ;)

Use

Can I wash or iron the embroidered calendar?

Of course you can! Just remove the wooden straw with the string and wash it on laundry or hand! Be careful not to wash over 40ºC. You can iron it too, with or without steam by hand at a medium temperature, not exceeding 150ºC

Gift orders

Is it possible to gift-wrap my order?

Yes! Just write in the notes field that you will like your purchased item wrapped as a gift!

Can I send a small note or card with my order?

Yes! Write your message in the notes field, and it will be written for you on a card. This way your calendar will be accompanied with your wishing card enclosed!

Can I have my personal wish embroidered on the cover of the calendar?

Yes! Write your wish in the notes field, and I will embroider it on the cover!

Customs and import taxes

My order is being delivered outside the EU, will i have to pay import fees?

Potentially, your order may be subject to taxes in this case. But as I have no control over these charges, I cannot tell you what the cost might be. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please check this if you're not sure, as the shipping covers delivery to you, but does not include local duties or taxes at the point of import, these are your responsibility as per our terms of service

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

At this time I do not accept exchanges, but I gladly accept returns. Just contact me within 3 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 5 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and you get a full refund of course as soon as the item has arrived back in its original condition. I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. In any case, do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problems with your order.

My order arrived damaged! Can you help me?

I am so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! Sometimes mail couriers do manage to destroy packages while transfered. Would that they knew the fine products contained within the boxes they so wantonly mangle! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that has sadly suffered a cruel death en route to you, please notify me immediately! Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Be sure that I will send out a replacement forthwith.
