We ship your order via Hellenic Post as a registered package for free. You are provided with a tracking number so you can track your parcel all the way to your front door!

• Which countries do you ship to?

My products have been global since day one and I ship everywhere in the world for free! That’s the point actually: Spreading the sweetness of embroidered art around the globe!

• How much time do I have to wait to receive my order?

It’s coming, promise! The time taken for your order to arrive at your hands varies. For domestic orders it takes 2-3 business days. Please allow an additional 4 to 8 business days for shipping of international orders. 

Customs and import taxes

• My order is being delivered outside the EU, will i have to pay import fees?

Potentially, your order may be subject to taxes in this case. But as I have no control over these charges, I cannot tell you what the cost might be. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please check this if you're not sure, as the shipping covers delivery to you, but does not include local duties or taxes at the point of import, these are your responsibility as per our terms of service.
